  Honest and reliable tradesman

  Called Dan about a potential damp issue in our home. Dan came round that day to take a look and confirmed that it was a condensation issue we were experiencing, not damp. He told us how to deal with it and what would help in the future. Even though we didn’t have any work done by Dan, he would always now be the first we contact in the future should any other issues arise. The fact he was honest and didn’t make a job where there wasn’t one, spoke volumes and was so appreciated. He was very patient, knowledgeable and reliable- thank you so much Dan! Great customer care.

  Honest and helpful Company

  Dan was extremely professional, honest and really helpful. He reviewed the house and checked for any damp. After a full assessment, Dan found that there were no damp issues at the property. I would definitely recommend his company, and will use his services again if ever we need to.

  Honest and an excellent job

  A great experience using this company, would definitely use Dan again and happy to recommend him to anyone Dan responded quickly to messages, arrived at arranged times and provided a free quote for the work. Dan gave me good advice on solving another problem area in the house and did not carry out unnecessary work which I'm sure some other companies might have tried. Work was very tidy, Dan explained what he was doing at each stage and I am very happy.

  Damp proof course

  Very happy with the work. Pro Sage Damp Proofing Ltd was extremely professional, polite, tidy, punctual workman. Clearly outlined prior to works taking place what would need to do. Provided a very reasonable quote. Was reassuring throughout the work, showing and explaining what had done.
