Very happy with the work. Pro Sage Damp Proofing Ltd was extremely professional, polite, tidy, punctual workman. Clearly outlined prior to works taking place what would need to do. Provided a very reasonable quote. Was reassuring throughout the work, showing and explaining what had done. Pro Sage Damp Proofing Ltd was recommended to me, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

We had mould in the front bedrooms of our house to check if due to penetrating damp. Contacted Dan from Pro Sage Damp proofing. He was very professional and honest throughout. Informed me at the start he would provide a free estimate of works or further checks if needed. Arrived at time arranged, said no damp concerns and recommended an anti mould product to add to paint. Although no works done Dan took the time to give us advice without charge and I wouldn’t hesitate in calling him back and will look to use Pro Sage again.

I contacted Daniel at Pro Safe Damp Proofing with a rising damp issue. He replied within a few hours to make an appt. Daniel is such a lovely person, honest,friendly, knowledgeable,professional. I had another damp proofing company come do an assesment, it turned out their findings were not true. Daniel was completely honest & told us what the issue actually was. He hasn't had to carry out any work & has provided us with a report we can forward onto our insurers. All free of charge. He could have tried to ripped us off like the other company but didnt.
