I found Dan to be extremely professional, friendly and honest. He kindly offered a free brief inspection of my timber floors as I was concerned about a musty smell, and he did not try to sell me anything. He carried out moisture readings and also identified that the higher reading on the adjoining wall was likely related to the deteriorated bathroom sealant, which really helped put my mind at ease. He provided great advice and I felt he was very honest and reassuring throughout. I would definitely recommend him.

Dan provided a detailed quote at a reasonable price. Was very clear what work would be carried out and was knowledgeable about Victorian houses. The finish of the plastering was superb (I have a curved wall, so is more challenging) - the join between the old and new plaster is invisible. Damp proofing is a messy job, but the place was swept and tidy at the end of each day. Clear, precise information provided about redecoration. Job competed within time and price stated. One year on and no damp!

Called Dan about a potential damp issue in our home. Dan came round that day to take a look and confirmed that it was a condensation issue we were experiencing, not damp. He told us how to deal with it and what would help in the future. Even though we didn’t have any work done by Dan, he would always now be the first we contact in the future should any other issues arise. The fact he was honest and didn’t make a job where there wasn’t one, spoke volumes and was so appreciated. He was very patient, knowledgeable and reliable- thank you so much Dan! Dan was extremely professional, honest and really helpful. He reviewed the house and checked for any damp. After a full assessment, Dan found that there were no damp issues at the property. I would definitely recommend his company, and will use his services again if ever we need to.
