My young neighbour knocked on my door explaining she was locked out of her flat. Only way she was getting in was with a locksmith. A quick shout on social media and a reply from Karina, we had her husband Dean here in less than 30mins. Before we knew it, the door was open and my neighbour back in her flat. Dean provided exceptional service from start to finish. He quickly identified that the door mechanism was old and no longer in production, yet went above and beyond by sourcing the exact part from a specialist contact.
