At short notice ProsSafe attended the flat to allow entry as the door had been broken down and boarded up. They arranged two skips to remove all rubbish and old furniture from the flat over a three day period, And finally a deep clean once everything had been removed. It was a very difficult task but Dean, Karina and the team performed it with total professionalism and we could not thank them enough. Would highly recommend their services.

Dean went the extra mile and found a no longer manufactured part to allow us to keep the door. He made sure the door was left secure overnight and he communicated at every stage. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke to Dean within an hour of posting my request on Checkatrade to explain the problem. His colleague, Carlos, visited the house and explained what was needed to repair the handle/lock. Dean returned today and diagnosed what had caused the damage, and was able to repair it using ingenuity and diy skills ( and without having to buy expensive spare parts). He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade. I would highly recommend Prosafe to anyone needing a professional skilled locksmith.
