    Absolutely brilliant and professional team.

    Garage conversion recently completed to a very high standard by ProProperty. Absolutely delighted with the conversion and it looks amazing. What a fantastic, professional and all round great team of lads on this job. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly and respectful of our property at all times and always left our property clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend ProProperty to everyone 10 out of 10 from me.

    Five star service

    Daniel came to complete a boiler repair under our service contract. He was with us within 2 hours of reporting it and came back the next day to fit the new part leaving us with a warm home and hot water. Daniel has visited our home on many occasions over the years and was, as always, friendly and efficient, leaving everything clean and tidy. Great company. Would highly recommend.

    We have used pro property many times as always had great service from them .We had a radiator fitted today the plumber arrived on time was very efficient and informative doing the job and cleared packaging and everything away when the job was done very pleased as always.

    Fixing our boiler

    Thank you Pro Property team for coming to our rescue during the freezing weather, when our boiler developed a problem. The receptionist was very helpful and kept us informed about timings etc. Daniel and his colleague were friendly and efficient in sorting the problem. As was Ben when he came a few days later to fix another unrelated problem.

My name is Dean Staniland and I am proud to be one of the directors of Pro Property Ltd.

I started my working life with British gas in 1990 at only 17yrs old as a gas service engineer.

In 1996 I was promoted to technical sales which entailed designing gas central heating systems for over 9,000 customers.

I left British gas in 2003 as I believed I could provide better service at a fraction of their prices.

I set up the company in December 2003.

We soon expanded to where we are today with 7 quality tradesmen working for us and 3 full time office staff.

We have a boiler/bathroom showroom at 69 Middle Wood Road S6 4GX where our office staff is also based.

The advantage of this is you always have a point of contact, you can call in and see us which means you have extra peace of mind.

The secret for our growth, I believe is our engineers respect your home and leave it as clean as we found it.

We believe that if we do you a good job, you will recommend us and we will continue to grow.
