10 Great service as always

Job location: S8Had the central heating system flushed out following fitting of a new boiler. Ben Myers did an excellent job, explained everything he was doing and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. 10 Fantastic bathroom transformation

Job location: S6Roman just regrouted our bathroom and reboxed in some pipework and Tom and Alfie fitted the new mixer taps. It looks fantastic. Really transformed the bathroom. 10 Efficient and skilled plumber

Ben from Proproperty was great. He was polite, knowledgeable and was happy to explain what he was doing while fitting a new basin in my ensuite, replacing leaky plugs plugs and tightening the kitchen sink plughole, which had also been mysteriously leaking. He also managed to change the plug in my bath and worked out a really ingenious method for a challenging job. Ben checked that I was happy with all the work done and cleared up everything so well that I wouldn't have known that he had been there, apart from the fact that several annoying and frustrating jobshave now finally been completed.Verified reviewerJob location: S6Response from Pro Property Ltd

My name is Dean Staniland and I am proud to be one of the directors of Pro Property Ltd.
I started my working life with British gas in 1990 at only 17yrs old as a gas service engineer.
In 1996 I was promoted to technical sales which entailed designing gas central heating systems for over 9,000 customers.
I left British gas in 2003 as I believed I could provide better service at a fraction of their prices.
I set up the company in December 2003.
We soon expanded to where we are today with 7 quality tradesmen working for us and 3 full time office staff.
We have a boiler/bathroom showroom at 69 Middle Wood Road S6 4GX where our office staff is also based.
The advantage of this is you always have a point of contact, you can call in and see us which means you have extra peace of mind.
The secret for our growth, I believe is our engineers respect your home and leave it as clean as we found it.
We believe that if we do you a good job, you will recommend us and we will continue to grow.
