Just 3 hours from ringing to having work completed. What superb service, again. Ben Myers was brilliant fixing outside water leak on waste water pipes. Nothing too much trouble and very professional and personable. They are my "Go To" firm for all property repairs and istallations. Still enjoying new kitched Dean's team installed after 7 years. Good luck, they deserve to succeed.

Excellent service from start to finish. There was some initial confusion with the office about the details of the job, but this was quickly resolved. Ben gave good advice about the best replacement shower tap and arrived promptly as arranged. The installation turned out to be more challenging than expected because access was very limited, but he worked through the difficulties and completed the job to a high standard. Everything was left tidy, and the new tap works perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would happily recommend Ben and ProProperty and will use them again.

Daniel came to replace a faulty shower with a new one I bought to replace it... that we then discovered was too tall for the space! But he gave us a great solution to cut down the pipe, it fits perfectly now and you can't tell there's been any modification. He was polite, professional, efficient, clearly skilled and tidy.

I have used pro-Property for many jobs over the past 17 years. Today Ben Myers came out to repair a gutter and sort out a problem with the bathroom sink. Ben arrived on time, was friendly and polite.
