STAY AWAY!! We had a leak coming out between our bathroom tiles, was quoted £450 to remove the tiles, fix the leak, and retile. Joshua came and fixed the leak by replacing a part in the shower mixer without removing the tiles. He refused to revise the bill initially although tiling work wasn’t done and after some negotiation he reduced to £350 which is still a ripped off for a half hour job. Immediately after he left, the shower head started dripping non stop, texted him and he said he “did not touch the shower head”, and then he never responded to any more messages and phone calls. 3 new bath and shower fitted

I had a new bath and shower fitted by this company. They came out and very quickly had the work done. once they had left i noticed that the work done was of extremely poor standard and the new shower worked for 30 seconds then broke. The hot tap now has terrible pressure. There is a hole behind the shower where you can see the electrics. I tried to contact to get all the problems repaired but they would not respond to any of my messages and cut all contact. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 4 Bathroom Refit

We had our bathroom refitted, the work was done very quickly. At first the bathroom seemed good, but after only a week and a half we have started finding issues. We have for the last week attempted to get these issues resolved, but the person we have been in contact with (Joshua) has now completely stopped any sort of communication, even though the messages are being viewed.
