  Bathroom Refit

  We had our bathroom refitted, the work was done very quickly. At first the bathroom seemed good, but after only a week and a half we have started finding issues. We have for the last week attempted to get these issues resolved, but the person we have been in contact with (Joshua) has now completely stopped any sort of communication, even though the messages are being viewed. We are not happy with the service and the lack of reasonable care and skill that has occurred on this refit.

  Leaking Pipe Repair

  I found out that the water pipe that was linked to my dishwasher started to leak, I called this company and was able to get them booked in quickly and easily. Josh attended and was able to fit a new pipe. After he left it become clear that something else was wrong as my dishwasher was showing a water inlet error, I contacted Josh and he came back the next day and made the required repairs for free. Would recommend and use this company in the future.

  Roof Cleaning

  I made contact with Top Spec Property Maintenance to enquire if they could clean my roof of moss, put moss prevention down & clean the gutters. Ambrose replied to my enquiry quick and was able to provide me with a really good quote which I accepted. Ambrose and his colleague turned up early and carried out the work to a very high degree. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
