Proactive communication. They contact you via WhatsApp, Email, Text, etc. Quotes and invoices are issued in a professional and efficient manner. They seem to have a big back-office. Only issue can be that the information isn't always passed on to their colleagues, so the technician didn't arrive on-site at the agreed time. We had to reschedule. Luckily it wasn't an urgent job. On the day the tradesperson who completed the job was professional and amenable. He then came back a second time to change a PRV valve that needed replacing. All seems to be fine now. Would recommend.

Company easy to contact. Arra get visit immediately. Plumber Liam was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly at leak detection. Checked the toilet and shower for leaks, replaced the broken seal in shower area. He was quick, efficient and polite. 5stars

On Sunday the existing push plug jammed in the down position and would not release. I went through Checkatrade.com and got a very quick response from Property Response Group. I called them to advise this job was an emergency and Charlie advised he would look for a local plumber. Charlie found one and advised to expect the plumber between 3pm and 4pm. A plumber arrived within 10 minutes!! The plumber was very local and excellent with his work. He was able to release the old push plug, remove the fittings and replace with a much better push plug. I am very pleased with the results.
