Excellent service, they assisted me with my urgent query very quickly and I am happy with the result. My broken tap was inspected and replaced the same day.

Great work

Plumber who performed the boiler service was excellent, quick service, friendly and explained what was being done. There was an issue with my initial booking not being correctly set up on the system but when I called up to resolve this the service I received on the phone was extremely helpful and got the issue resolved immediately and completely.

The people who attended to my house, they arrived on time, they were polite and explained things clearly and they even advised on the other work which needs to be done. Videos were taken and sent to their office and the next day I received a quote for the work needed to be done.

Had to change the flexihose and flush system of the toilet.Was quoted a ridiculous amount by another trader (advertising on check a trade )who ,when I said it made more sense to change the toilet advised me against it ! Property Response changed the toilet and flexihose with a minimum amount of fuss and a realistic price!The workman was puntual and pleasant and clean. I would definitely recommend Property Response Group .Thank You. My advice is:shop around when looking for tradesman .Don't assume that because a tradesman is on "Check a Trade" means they are trustworthy and professional
