10 Cleaning lounge, stairs and landing carpets

Proper Clean have cleaned our carpets many times, always with excellent results. Our lounge carpet always ends up with lots of stains and I think they won't come off but each time they do. James is great at communication and I trust him to come to my house while we are away and let himself in so that the carpet can dry before we are back. Owner of the company responded quickly to my enquiry. He was exceedingly thorough in cleaning our carpets in a very organised manner. He spent time preparing the carpets getting rid of dust, identifying stains and raising the pile before actually cleaning the carpets. They carpets came up like new. We would recommend Proper Clean. Proper Clean is a family run business, with over 20 years’ experience.We offer a very high standard of Carpet / Upholstery cleaning and customer care throughout the south.For your free quote please don't hesitate in contacting us. You can phone or email us.Other services we offer are include rug, curtain and mattress cleaning and stain removal.We also can provide Scotchgard Anti-Stain Protection on new items or items which have been cleaned.All our cleaning is safe and natural, plus the cleaning products we use are eco-friendly. A typical clean would consist of a deep and thorough vacuum, micro splitting pre spray cleaner/sanitiser and agitation with a motorised brush, stain removal, softening, deodorisation and a deep hot water extraction clean. We then place a dri-pod air mover onto the cleaned carpet or in front of the upholstery, to cut the drying time down substantially.
Also especially for Checkatrade customers, before we leave your premises we shall give you a safe and effective professional spot and stain remover. Please quote 'Checkatrade' on completion of job.We are fully trained and insured, also all our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
As well as having many repeat domestic customers over a number of years, we have also carried out a large amount of work for commercial customers.
