James came this morning as arranged to clean my lounge carpet , he did an amazing job , as the carpet was really dirty . On leaving I thought he had replaced my carpet with a new one . It was really really clean , he left it looking like a new carpet . I was very pleased , it was also very competitively priced . Proper Clean have cleaned our hall, stair, landing and living room carpets as well as our sofas a few times. The work is to the highest standard leaving everything looking great. James responded on the same day to my request for carpet and upholstery cleaning. He arranged a visit to provide a quotation and discuss the process. He arrived promptly on the day planned for the cleaning. His work and attention to detail was first class. He was careful and very respectful of our home. James confirmed he was coming, we brought the time forward. He arrived with an impressive array of equipment, and coped with the problem of stairs and no lift. Faultless! James is so friendly and did an amazing job. James was flexible with the date (which I had to change). He even managed to get a burn mark out of the carpet (which we were not expecting!). Proper Clean is a family run business, with over 20 years’ experience.We offer a very high standard of Carpet / Upholstery cleaning and customer care throughout the south.For your free quote please don't hesitate in contacting us. You can phone or email us.Other services we offer are include rug, curtain and mattress cleaning and stain removal.We also can provide Scotchgard Anti-Stain Protection on new items or items which have been cleaned.All our cleaning is safe and natural, plus the cleaning products we use are eco-friendly. A typical clean would consist of a deep and thorough vacuum, micro splitting pre spray cleaner/sanitiser and agitation with a motorised brush, stain removal, softening, deodorisation and a deep hot water extraction clean. We then place a dri-pod air mover onto the cleaned carpet or in front of the upholstery, to cut the drying time down substantially.
Also especially for Checkatrade customers, before we leave your premises we shall give you a safe and effective professional spot and stain remover. Please quote 'Checkatrade' on completion of job.We are fully trained and insured, also all our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
As well as having many repeat domestic customers over a number of years, we have also carried out a large amount of work for commercial customers.
