    Great service, does not disappoint.

    I have been using Proper Clean for many years for cleaning sofas/mattresses/rugs and he has never disappointed. This clean was for sofa/stool/chair cushions/rug and carpets. James is very approachable and flexible in booking appointments. He arrives on time, discusses his plan for the day and is very considerate of the customer's needs. This job took all day, due to the amount of work required. Really pleased with the results, especially my hall carpets which look and smell like new. He finished on time and left everything as he found it. Great service and great price too.

    James cleans our carpets and always does a fantastic job, this time was no exception. He’s punctual, reliable, very meticulous and so hardworking. Our house is a big job and James never rushes it. The products used are effective and never leave any residue. We won’t use anyone else, highly recommend James for all your cleaning needs.

    James went above and beyond our expectations in cleaning our carpets. He was meticulous in his work and is clearly an expert in his field. We are grateful for his efforts in removing particularly difficult stains and marks. We thought he was particularly good value for money. He was punctual in arrival and gave us a clear estimate of the time he would take and the cost of his work. We are very grateful for his work and expertise in cleaning some very difficult marks an a light coloured carpet. He is highly recommended.

    Excellent value for money. I'm a dog boarder so you can imagine what our carpets were like. James did a super job and I'm very happy with the results. Like brand new! Highly recommend!

Proper Clean is a family run business, with over 20 years’ experience.We offer a very high standard of Carpet / Upholstery cleaning and customer care throughout the south.For your free quote please don't hesitate in contacting us. You can phone or email us.Other services we offer are include rug, curtain and mattress cleaning and stain removal.We also can provide Scotchgard Anti-Stain Protection on new items or items which have been cleaned.All our cleaning is safe and natural, plus the cleaning products we use are eco-friendly. A typical clean would consist of a deep and thorough vacuum, micro splitting pre spray cleaner/sanitiser and agitation with a motorised brush, stain removal, softening, deodorisation and a deep hot water extraction clean. We then place a dri-pod air mover onto the cleaned carpet or in front of the upholstery, to cut the drying time down substantially.

Also especially for Checkatrade customers, before we leave your premises we shall give you a safe and effective professional spot and stain remover. Please quote 'Checkatrade' on completion of job.We are fully trained and insured, also all our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.

As well as having many repeat domestic customers over a number of years, we have also carried out a large amount of work for commercial customers.
