We recently had our carpets cleaned by Proper Clean and, once again, they did a fantastic job. The carpets came up brilliantly.. We were especially impressed with how quickly they dried afterwards, which made everything so convenient. We’ve used Proper Clean a few times now and they are consistently excellent. Always very polite, professional, and reliable. The quality of their work is outstanding every time. James is one of the most professional, hardworking, efficient, pleasant, tradesman I know. Ive been around a very, very, long time to be able to make that statement. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. He not only does the best job he can but also charges a fair & reasonable price. My carpets all feel like new when walked on and the orginal colours restored.

I have been using Proper Clean for many years for cleaning sofas/mattresses/rugs and he has never disappointed. This clean was for sofa/stool/chair cushions/rug and carpets. James is very approachable and flexible in booking appointments. He arrives on time, discusses his plan for the day and is very considerate of the customer's needs. This job took all day, due to the amount of work required. Really pleased with the results, especially my hall carpets which look and smell like new. He finished on time and left everything as he found it. Great service and great price too.
