They took a sensible approach to meeting my ill-defined needs, the installation was well performed (as far as I can tell), everything tidied afterwards, and a good attitude from the installer. Speedy response, came out to look at the appliance the next day (same day was offered but we couldn’t make that time). Very knowledgable, and although the appliance was past saving, he did he best to fix and shared exactly what he was doing with us.
