    Honest advice

    Both our dishwasher and washing machine broke at the same time. Carl looked at both appliances and was able to give a detailed explanation as to what was wrong with each appliance. Although both machines could be repaired, Carl gave honest advice that repairing them did not make sense financially.

    A very good experience with this company. Carl contacted me back promptly and managed to fit me in the following day. He spent a long while testing, diagnosing and fixing the problem with my washing machine. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. He was also very polite and careful not to damage anything. He also kindly provided advice regarding other appliances and gave helpful indication of potential cost. The pricing was very fair, transparent and payment taken on the day with a card machine, saving time on bank transfers etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

    The clue is in the name!

    They were exactly prompt and precise! Came out and immediately diagnosed the fault with my cooker and replaced the heating element. Nice guy and great work. 10/10

    Well Done

    They took a sensible approach to meeting my ill-defined needs, the installation was well performed (as far as I can tell), everything tidied afterwards, and a good attitude from the installer. It was a little slow getting the installation booked, but then such teams are always busy!
