A very good experience with this company. Carl contacted me back promptly and managed to fit me in the following day. He spent a long while testing, diagnosing and fixing the problem with my washing machine. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. He was also very polite and careful not to damage anything. He also kindly provided advice regarding other appliances and gave helpful indication of potential cost. The pricing was very fair, transparent and payment taken on the day with a card machine, saving time on bank transfers etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

They were exactly prompt and precise! Came out and immediately diagnosed the fault with my cooker and replaced the heating element. Nice guy and great work. 10/10

They took a sensible approach to meeting my ill-defined needs, the installation was well performed (as far as I can tell), everything tidied afterwards, and a good attitude from the installer. It was a little slow getting the installation booked, but then such teams are always busy!

Distraught to have a small washing load stuck in the machine, we were delighted to have our washing machine repaired by such a pleasant and efficient technician.

Speedy response, came out to look at the appliance the next day (same day was offered but we couldn’t make that time). Very knowledgable, and although the appliance was past saving, he did he best to fix and shared exactly what he was doing with us. Would recommend!
