  When we described the problem over the phone they explained how to fix it ourselves to save our money. We made the choice to go ahead with the booking anyway, and they fixed it on the same day - no fuss, just brilliant!

  Dean gave me a quote over the phone for the labour involved, and an estimate of the materials required. Other firms wanted to charge for a look-see visit before even giving an estimate. The work was done quickly and on time, and we were told when the materials cost went over the estimated amount. Neil and Billy were friendly and polite.

  A good bunch of people who work hard and know what they’ve doing

  I don’t very often write reviews for companies that I’ve needed and when I do they’re generally because of bad situation so Proline are the exception and I’m glad to write a positive review. We had a bad burst water main on our property and just trying to get a company you could trust was bad enough. Proline really did pick up the ball though. The water main was put in in 1905 and was cast iron. Initially they tried to repair it but it just broke in another place. Frank and Tommy worked extremely hard to make it work but it became obvious the pipe needed replacing. They did a fantastic job.

  Very impressed all-round

  Great job! Turned up as agreed, fast job in a bit of a tricky spot done very professionally and the site left better than it was to start! Drainage has been in place over six months, not a glitch. Would definitely give Dean a call next time I need any similar work done.
