Dean phoned us up to say his men were on their way, and Joe and Kevin arrived at aprox 1315 today following our request for help regarding a toilet blockage (not our fault I hasten to add) in our flats' block. They spent almost an hour cleaning the system and emptying the outside communal drains. They were friendly and professional the whole time, and answered all of our questions. They explained what they were doing and what the problem was. They didn't leave until we were satisfied. What a credit to the company those two are! I recommend this company to you.
