Dean gave me a quote over the phone for the labour involved, and an estimate of the materials required. Other firms wanted to charge for a look-see visit before even giving an estimate. The work was done quickly and on time, and we were told when the materials cost went over the estimated amount. Neil and Billy were friendly and polite.

Responded quickly with a competitive quote, arrived when expected, promptly fixed the issue and explained the cause. No complaints.
