From start to finish I have been extremely pleased with both customer service from office team, to Neil, Surveyor and Glen who completed work. Neil was very helpful and explained things in detail. Glen who actually completed the work was friendly, cleared all rubbish away and even cleaned floor where he had been working. Job location: TN7Prokil have been fantastic. We had additional family moving in and this raised the humidity in the cottage resulting in some mould areas appearing. The team assessed this quickly, made their recommendations and instantly the air quality improved. The pulled together the full team needed to instal and fit ventilation systems and spray/paint the mould areas. It was all completed within a month and to a very good quality of work. Our team at Tunbridge Wells has undergone Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) training provided by the Property Care Association (PCA), so you can be safe in the knowledge that you have an expert inspecting your home.
Damp and timber surveys undertaken by our Tunbridge Wells branch are chargeable*, this fee is held on account for 6 months against any survey undertaken and is then deducted from any work undertaken by Prokil Technicians within that time period. We can also carry out homebuyers surveys.
