I received a very professional service. Colette took all the necessary details, then arranged a survey date through the estate agent dealing with our house purchase. Damp & Timber Reports
Our team at Tunbridge Wells has undergone Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) training provided by the Property Care Association (PCA), so you can be safe in the knowledge that you have an expert inspecting your home.
Damp and timber surveys undertaken by our Tunbridge Wells branch are chargeable*, this fee is held on account for 6 months against any survey undertaken and is then deducted from any work undertaken by Prokil Technicians within that time period. We can also carry out homebuyers surveys.
