From the first enquiry through to the work being completed, the whole process was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. Prokil carried out the damp proofing on my house. They were very punctual on starting the work. The technicians Lewis and Cameron, were very polite and respectful, their workmanship was excellent and very professional. The contract manager Steven was professional and helpful and contactable at all times. The work carried out was finished in the timescale given. My house was left very clean with all debris removed. Damp & Timber Reports
Our team at Tunbridge Wells has undergone Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) training provided by the Property Care Association (PCA), so you can be safe in the knowledge that you have an expert inspecting your home.
Damp and timber surveys undertaken by our Tunbridge Wells branch are chargeable*, this fee is held on account for 6 months against any survey undertaken and is then deducted from any work undertaken by Prokil Technicians within that time period. We can also carry out homebuyers surveys.
