10 Damp issue

Job location: TN40Neil and Collette have been a great help and support regarding the damp issue in my property and have been extremely promt in communication and carrying out inspection works and outlining a plan to rectify the issues found . Our team at Tunbridge Wells has undergone Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) training provided by the Property Care Association (PCA), so you can be safe in the knowledge that you have an expert inspecting your home.
Damp and timber surveys undertaken by our Tunbridge Wells branch are chargeable*, this fee is held on account for 6 months against any survey undertaken and is then deducted from any work undertaken by Prokil Technicians within that time period. We can also carry out homebuyers surveys.
