    Damp proof lower ground floor bathroom

    Damp survey on the flooring issue

    This was my first time to use Prokil Damp and Timber Specialist. The damp surveyor, Mr Andrzej was a professional surveyor who would observe thoroughly our building outlook before going indoor to do the survey. He would also ask the details of our problem and then give his professional feedback in detail. Not only the possible reasons behind our problem, but also how we can follow up on this issue. Thanks for his help on our issue.

    Highly recommended company - and very tidy work!

    ProKil did a great job working on some damp issues in our house both inside the house and on some outer walls. Steve was PM for the work and did an excellent job in managing the work and keeping us updated with how it was going (as it was done when we were on holiday). And was very pleased to see when we got back they had done a fantastic job in clearing up - something many tradespeople are not very good at! And they proactively came back after the job to complete a minor correction they knew needed completing that we hadn't even noticed. They are highly recommened by us!

    A good company to work with, know their stuff and do good work.

    Nice people who did the job well. Our non functional sump pump was replaced without fuss at short notice and they fitted well with my schedule.

    From the very start, the interaction and response from Pro Kil was very positive. The visit from Andrzej was very supportive and he was diligent in his approach.     Damp Survey

    Prokil have been very professional and supportive from the first inspection. The survey was thorough, clearly identifying groundwater ingress, subfloor moisture, and timber decay. The report was detailed and easy to understand, and the proposed solution gave us confidence during a very stressful time. Communication from Colette and Andreji has been excellent, they’ve been patient, responsive, and understanding, especially as we are currently displaced with a young child. We would highly recommend Prokil for proper, long term damp and timber solutions.
