    Damp issue

    Neil and Collette have been a great help and support regarding the damp issue in my property and have been extremely promt in communication and carrying out inspection works and outlining a plan to rectify the issues found . Great team and I highly recomended them.

    I can’t recommend Neil and Collette at Prokil Damp Specialists highly enough! From the first visit, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The work was carried out to a very high standard, on time, and with great attention to detail. They were also incredibly tidy and respectful of the property throughout the process. It’s rare to find such a reliable and trustworthy team these days

    Damp survey

    The surveyor arrived promptly, was very thorough. Gave very good advice on the day followed by a detailed report a little over a week later explaining my options. Would recommend.

    Great Work

    Whilst selling our property the review identified certain issues with damp Prokil were contracted and they : Carried out remedial works in preparation Resolved the situation Made good the remedial works They delivered on time and provided a 10/10 service

    We had a great experience with this damp and timber specialist company. From the first enquiry through to the work being completed, the whole process was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. A special mention has to go to Colette, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She was always quick to respond, kept us updated, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so organised and genuinely supportive when dealing with property issues. The team were knowledgeable, thorough in their assessment, and provide reasonable quotations for works required.
