    From our first contact with Prokil (Tunbridge Wells), both Collette and head surveyor Neil, offered very helpful advice by phone and email. Andrzej then undertook our initial survey for dry rot. He explained in detail the probable causes and the work required to eliminate the problem. Andrzej’s extensive experience, his helpful, calm and professional manner while answering all our questions, has helped us to cope with a very stressful situation.

    Basement Survey in Kent

    Excellent work undertaken by both Andrzej and Neil combined. Prompt and professional surveying of the basement in question and lots of availability for sound follow up advice. Very good service all round and would recommend highly.

    Removal of Rising Dump from our little cottag

    We used Prokil for the first time — and from the very beginning, everything was exceptional. From our first contact, the process was smooth and professional. The survey was carried out thoroughly by Andrzej, and the report was delivered on time by the office. The team arrived punctually and followed all the agreed guidelines without cutting corners. Everyone was respectful, efficient, and we never felt pressured at any point, as if something was being “sold” to us.

    Damp Proofing and Floor Installation

    The entire Prokil team did a fantastic job sorting out a serious damp issue in our grade II listed extension. They provided a detailed analysis of the root cause of the problem, did the demo work, tanked the room using the latest technology, replastered and installed an engineered oak herringbone flooring. Excellent quality workmanship. Steven and the team kept me informed. They turned up and completed the work on schedule. The site was left clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prokil. I have used them before for damp problems elsewhere in this old house and the damp has stopped!
