10 Prokil survey and damp penetration treatment

Prokil responded promptly and courteously to an enquiry for a damp survey. Their representative identified an old blocked chimney as the likely source for damp piercing into two rooms. Within 10 days from initial call, Prokil quoted and attended for 3 days involving the stripping of plaster, breaking into the chimney to remove debris, inserting new DPC and airbrick and plastering to make good. Their representative was a pleasure to have in the house - he repeatedly vacuumed to minimise dust spread and the work was carried out to a high standard.Verified reviewerJob location: TQ1310 Great job
