    Professional and speedy service

    Fairly extensive damp proofing undertaken very speedily after quotation was accepted. Work was carried out to an excellent standard throughout and the property left in very clean and tidy state. High level of professionalism.

    Fantastic! Needed urgent work done on roof timbers and they went out of there way to ensure they completed the job in time. Workmen where respectful and communication and paperwork and guarantee received in a timely fashion. Cost and guarantee good value Highly recommend this company.

    Very responsive and non intrusive remedial work

    We had a survey carried out by Prokil Exeter for our house. We were surprised to have a relatively small amout of damp identified. However when the work was being carried out, they actually found more damp than the survey. In additon it transpired that our cottage was not made of stone but cob, and we had rotten timbers due to death watch beetles. Nightmare!! The company were quick to come back with a revised quote for all work including replacing timbers (and practically rebuiling walls). The two workers were fantastic - quick, quiet, worked flat out over 2.5 days & plastering was 1st class.

    First class plastering.

    First rate service from Peter and his team. Did all the work while we were on holiday and the lengths they went to in order to protect carpets, stairs and furniture was top notch. Very happy with their work.

    Peter was absolutely fantastic completing works on our rental property. He made a rather stressful situation much easier! He was really open and honest creating a great trust which is vital when we weren't at the property to oversee.

    Damp remediation works

    Excellent service, good communication and quite flexible, considering I had to rearrange twice due to circumstances. The quality and standard of finish was excellent and improved by a couple of extras -new skirting and further plastering. These were only a suggestion and all extra costs were fully transparent I never felt under any pressure to include them but am delighted with the result.
