The entire team at Prokil Kensington were fantastic, from the initial survey that clearly identified the issue to the work carried out. Impressed with Tino and Sam, both were excellent. The wall is immaculately even and will be a breeze to decorate. We do not employ a sales team, with all our surveys being carried out by fully qualified surveyors. Prokil has been operating for the last 50 years and throughout that time, we have always tried to provide a fast, efficient, customer-focused service, with clear communication to ensure that all our customers know exactly what the work will entail.
Our team of qualified surveyors has undergone internal and external training in CSTDB (Certificated surveyor of timber and dampness in buildings) and CSSW (Certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing) awarded by the Property Care Association (PCA) enabling them to correctly diagnose a damp, rising damp, woodworm or fungal decay problem and to recommend the correct remedial measures of controlling or treating them. Our remedial team consists of PCAQTs (PCA Qualified Technicians).
We are able to provide surveys and we will also guarantee any work that we undertake as well as also offering Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG) with GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd). It’s of paramount importance to the Prokil team that you receive excellent customer service and that your damp worries are over. This is why our damp-proof course treatment comes with the Prokil Guarantee; a 20-year guarantee for the service received.
