The entire team at Prokil Kensington were fantastic, from the initial survey that clearly identified the issue to the work carried out. Impressed with Tino and Sam, both were excellent. The wall is immaculately even and will be a breeze to decorate. Also, somehow, despite all the dusty work required, they left the kitchen cleaner than before.

Prokil were great from start to finish. They were very professional and made a daunting job look simple. There communications are brilliant and they keep you updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend. Joe in particular was extremely helpful.

Prokil were fantastic. Joe was warm, friendly and a good listener to our problems offering several solutions when we asked for a quotation. We went ahead with both the chemical injection and membrane to be double safe. The job was organised for Monday-Friday for 5 days. We had builders in some days before to prepare the area and Prokil worked from 730/8am-2/3pm every day, polite, friendly, considerate and consultative where needed. Joe, Curtis and Adenius (sorry for misspelling!) were all great, also Jennifer who liaised with us before, throughout and after the project. Thanks Prokil!
