Builder Stuart carried out the job in an expert and experienced manner arriving early and certainly exceeding expectations. He wasted no time in achieving an excellent result and only with the help of coffee (two sugars)! The whole team with whom I had contact both personally and by phone were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 10 Efficient, hard working and reliable

I thoroughly recommend this company. They were efficient right from the initial phone call. Everyone turned up when they said they would. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and explained what they were doing. The work rate and attitude was firstclass. The Bournemouth office dealt with my damp proofing. Insufficient staff after the first day to complete the job on time, so as a result the job was not completed as per agreed quote, and it ran over. However, the staff who worked on the job were lovely and could not be faulted, it was the management/planning of staffing levels that let them down. Original skirting put back with hammer and nails, again probably time saving, and new skirting does not match existing.
