  Efficient, hard working and reliable

  I thoroughly recommend this company. They were efficient right from the initial phone call. Everyone turned up when they said they would. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and explained what they were doing. The work rate and attitude was firstclass. Highly recommended.

  Great staff on site, disappointing aftercare from management and support staff!

  The Bournemouth office dealt with my damp proofing. Insufficient staff after the first day to complete the job on time, so as a result the job was not completed as per agreed quote, and it ran over. However, the staff who worked on the job were lovely and could not be faulted, it was the management/planning of staffing levels that let them down. Original skirting put back with hammer and nails, again probably time saving, and new skirting does not match existing. I am covered by my guarantee, but unhappy with follow up service after voicing my concerns about the work.

  Excellent team and company!

  Andrei was super responsive when I was let down with an urgent Damp and Timber report. He literally made the visit and did the report within 20 hours. We chose to go with Andrei and ProKil and we weren’t disappointed . The demolition guy was so tidy and made such a good start. The plasterers were obviously messy doing the job but left the place very tidy and cleared most of the initial settled dust post works. We had a slight issue with small leaks on the radiators but Andrei ensured they were all immediately rectified and fixed. Great guys great company and such a good job!

  Good communication, flexibility in timing, friendly workmen, dust sheets provided, left reasonably tidy ready for decorating, proactive in identifying additional minor works (underfloor vent installation) to prevent future damp issues

  Highly recommended, work was carried out on time ! Very polite at all times . The work that was carried out on my property was to exceptional standards. Would like to say thank you . I recently had damp proofing work carried out on my property and I’m extremely impressed with the service. The survey was thorough, the quote was clear and fair, and the work was completed efficiently to a very high standard. The team worked tidily and with great attention to detail. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing damp proof treatment.. 5 stars for these guys
