I chose Andrei based on the positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The property was not properly cared for during the works. Dust spread throughout the property, paint was pulled from the ceiling, plaster was left on newly fitted doors, kitchen plastering was unfinished, and the flooring was damaged after appliances were moved. I understand plastering is messy, but basic care, protection and clean-up were lacking. Although some issues were rectified and a small reduction was made, further door damage was found after payment.
