I chose Andrei based on the positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The property was not properly cared for during the works. Dust spread throughout the property, paint was pulled from the ceiling, plaster was left on newly fitted doors, kitchen plastering was unfinished, and the flooring was damaged after appliances were moved. I understand plastering is messy, but basic care, protection and clean-up were lacking. Although some issues were rectified and a small reduction was made, further door damage was found after payment. I would not use the company again.

Prokil gave good advice and implemented on time to budget. Employees were courteous and professional. Good value for money.

Spoke with Anderi who attended the address within the times given, carried out the survey and produced the report quickly. When it come to completing the actions - I will certainly look to give the work to Andrei and Prokil Thank you

Prokil were very professional. They were responsive throughout, turned up when they said they would and provided high quality services. I'd recommend them for damp proofing and will be using them again.
