The Bournemouth office dealt with my damp proofing. Insufficient staff after the first day to complete the job on time, so as a result the job was not completed as per agreed quote, and it ran over. However, the staff who worked on the job were lovely and could not be faulted, it was the management/planning of staffing levels that let them down. Original skirting put back with hammer and nails, again probably time saving, and new skirting does not match existing. I am covered by my guarantee, but unhappy with follow up service after voicing my concerns about the work.
