    Rising damp in hall and sitting room.

    All the team were great. Worked hard. Were very pleasant Came when they said they would. Did some extra bits that came to light. Cleaned up well at end of job. Did what they said they would do. Were very reliable. We are very pleased with what’s been done. Initial assessment was done carefully and respectfully. They all knew what they were doing. Gave good clear advice.

    damp proofing in two rooms in my house

    I highly recommend Prokil for the work they recently undertook on my property . The team were polite , efficient and left my home tidy every day . Luke's plastering is excellent ! I am very satisfied with the work and hope that my damp problem has finally disappeared . I am very happy with the entire service provided by this family business.

    Dampproof treatment

    My experience with engaging Prokil Chingford contractors was a very good and satisfying one. From the first phone call they were very pleasant and helpful, very polite and approachable. The survey was thorough and the remedial works made clear and the quote was very reasonable. The engineers were professional, thorough, conscientious and polite explaining each process of the works. I am very please with the works and I say a big thank you to Sean, David and Alan. I would recommend Prokil Chingford.

    Installation of vent, consultation on other projects

    Had a few problems with mould around the flat. First job was installing vent, very happy with that. Then got them round again to take a look at a few other problems. Called and emailed to follow up and carry out remaining works over three months and never got a quote/job done. Very frustrating
