We enjoyed a brilliant service from Bradley, Paul and Luke who worked on our property throughout the festive period and into the new year. Very strong communication throughout, letting us know the process and the thinking behind it. Responsive to changing circumstances, diligent and very friendly. Would have no hesitation recommending them.

Paid for the report in February. Survey carried out on the 4th March still not received the report desite chasing twice.

All the team were great. Worked hard. Were very pleasant Came when they said they would. Did some extra bits that came to light. Cleaned up well at end of job. Did what they said they would do. Were very reliable. We are very pleased with what’s been done. Initial assessment was done carefully and respectfully. They all knew what they were doing. Gave good clear advice.

My experience with engaging Prokil Chingford contractors was a very good and satisfying one. From the first phone call they were very pleasant and helpful, very polite and approachable.
