Paid for the report in February. Survey carried out on the 4th March still not received the report desite chasing twice.

All the team were great. Worked hard. Were very pleasant Came when they said they would. Did some extra bits that came to light. Cleaned up well at end of job. Did what they said they would do. Were very reliable. We are very pleased with what’s been done. Initial assessment was done carefully and respectfully. They all knew what they were doing. Gave good clear advice.

I highly recommend Prokil for the work they recently undertook on my property . The team were polite , efficient and left my home tidy every day . Luke's plastering is excellent ! Had a few problems with mould around the flat. First job was installing vent, very happy with that. Then got them round again to take a look at a few other problems. Called and emailed to follow up and carry out remaining works over three months and never got a quote/job done. Very frustrating
