  Came later then scheduled, but couldnt be helped as someone needed emergency work done, kept me upto date by calling and messaging. explained everything he did and answered questions I had. Well knowledgeable and quick efficient work. Thanks.

  I had Project: Home & Heat in to repair a broken diverter valve in my boiler. Tom worked incredibly efficiently and was very flexible in his timing to organise the repair after the initial diagnosis. He was punctual, worked quickly and was transparent on the cost I should expect. Tom obviously really knew his business and was professional throughout. I'd highly recommend!
