  Emergency boiler repair

  I called Project Home and Heat for a last-minute boiler repair, when I arrived home from work & realised I had no hot water or heating. Tom was incredibly responsive and professional from the start. Within an hour, Tom arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had everything up and running in no time. Tom explained the issue clearly & talked me through the right steps to take if this were to happen again. Given the urgency, I was expecting delays or extra charges, but the service was efficient, fair, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Project home and heat for any boiler issues.

  Tom carried out a superb job. He was very quick to respond in providing a quote and carrying out the work professionally. I'll be going to Tom for any plumbing, gas and boiler needs from now on!

  Boiler maintenance, design and build of new condensate pipe layout

  Tom turned up on time, was able to pick the job up within twenty four hours of it being raised, quickly assessed the issue and then returned the next morning to do the work. Really appreciated this. High quality of work, really knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely call Tom again for future work.

  Boiler Service

  We had our boiler serviced at our studio and couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, communication was clear and professional. Tom arrived on time, were friendly and respectful of the space, and completed the service efficiently with minimal disruption to our working day. Everything was explained clearly and left clean and tidy afterwards. Great peace of mind knowing everything’s running safely and smoothly. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!

  New bathroom radiator

  Tom was great from start to finish. He took away an old radiator and then fitted a new towel rail radiator in our bathroom which involved redirecting one of the pipes. He quoted us really quickly and then did the work really efficiently and left the bathroom really tidy. He's a lovely guy and we will definitely be calling on him for future jobs.
