My boiler failed and I was let down by a blubber I had used in the past, I contacted Home and Heat who came to my rescue the next day, did what he could and did a temporary job to get the hot water working and order the new parts to fully service the boiler and returned when parts were available to service the boiler, he then diagnosed the fault with my shower at no extra cost. Tom did a first class job at a reasonable price and I can fully recommend him, he will now be returning annually to service my boiler, glad I have now found a reliable tradesman.

Tom was helpful to the nth degree, with no notice he produced a gas safety certificate for a tenanted property, which had to be done that day. It was a SUNDAY. He didn’t even charge extra

I called Project Home and Heat for a last-minute boiler repair, when I arrived home from work & realised I had no hot water or heating. Tom was incredibly responsive and professional from the start. Within an hour, Tom arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had everything up and running in no time. Tom explained the issue clearly & talked me through the right steps to take if this were to happen again. Given the urgency, I was expecting delays or extra charges, but the service was efficient, fair, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Project home and heat for any boiler issues.

Tom carried out a superb job. He was very quick to respond in providing a quote and carrying out the work professionally. I'll be going to Tom for any plumbing, gas and boiler needs from now on!

Tom turned up on time, was able to pick the job up within twenty four hours of it being raised, quickly assessed the issue and then returned the next morning to do the work. Really appreciated this. High quality of work, really knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely call Tom again for future work.
