Job location: NR2Prompt, polite and competent. Pro Heat installed my boiler with the minimum of disruption.There were the inevitable difficulties fitting in a differently sized boiler but they were solved with skill and ingenuity. Job location: NR15Can’t fault this company, excellent service from start to finish. They covered carpets, put everything back and completed in record time. Old oil boiler replaced September 2025. From Trish in the office, Derren coming to quote and Kent and team removing old oil boiler and fitting new oil boiler on wall outside- the whole team were amazing. Arrived each day on time, left no mess. We are a professional gas and oil installation and servicing company.
Our company is based in Norwich, Norfolk and we have a work area that covers most of East Anglia.
Originally formed in the mid 60's, our family run company has recently changed our name to Pro Heat Solutions to better represent our outlook to the rapidly changing boiler and heating marketplace. Boilers and heating systems are rapidly evolving as technology improves and we aim to be at the forefront of this.
Although we still install traditional heating systems and boilers for those of us who feel more comfortable with a straightforward uncomplicated heating system, we can now also provide heating controls that can be accessed from your phone or tablet, room thermostats that take the outside weather into consideration and boilers that produce condensation instead of fumes.
Our services include - Full central heating systems, boiler replacements, boiler servicing, landlord certificates, radiator replacements, powerflushing, system upgrades, new controls ..... basically everything related to gas and oil heating systems.
