Had Pro Heat Solutions come to remove my old Rayburn boiler and replace with an outdoor high efficiency oil boiler. I cannot recommend Pro Heat Solutions enough, the whole process was easy and simple, they communicated everything well and responded exceptionally quickly to any questions I had, they went above and beyond to make sure this was installed to meet our requirements, everyone was very polite and professional, a world class service, you cannot go wrong with these guys.

Contacted Worcester boilers who recommended Pro Heat Solutions as our nearest installer. Came and quoted very promptly had a quotation within two days we had an installation date for the work to be carried out a little under two weeks later. Turned up promptly on the day kept us well informed. The work was completed within the timescale as we had a conventional boiler with a hot water tank removed and a new combination boiler fitted. Very happy with all the work carried out.

absolutely lovely honest tradespeople from Trish who organised boiler installation to the tradesmen who came, friendly, polite, clean job, explained exactly what they would ( and did do) on the day they said they would, from installation to how new boiler worked. nothing was to much trouble for them, all done in one day. I would wholeheartedly recommend pro heat to anyone needing a boiler service or replacement
