absolutely lovely honest tradespeople from Trish who organised boiler installation to the tradesmen who came, friendly, polite, clean job, explained exactly what they would ( and did do) on the day they said they would, from installation to how new boiler worked. nothing was to much trouble for them, all done in one day. I would wholeheartedly recommend pro heat to anyone needing a boiler service or replacement

The service provided by Brett and Derren was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed how things were going. When they first got here they put protection down on the carpets and cleared up any mess when they had finished. I am very pleased with the new boiler and the advice given.

My one complaint is trish is always very friendly on the phone however trying to get hold of her on landline or mobile is some what not easy you always have to leave a message and then she rings back

They highlight a major issue with our heating and uncovered years of poor maintenance and inadequate bodged repairs The best decision I made was to rely on their expertise We now have a perfect working system which has brought peace of mind and numerous other benefits including future fuel savings I have worked in construction for many years there attention to detail is above reproach on all aspects I would highly recommend
