I had a number of interests in my request but out of 3 different companies Profix were the only one that were happy to look at the problem with my Zanussi built in oven. Jack from the company came out within the agreed time frame. He identified 3 problems with the oven and provided a prompt quote to replace parts. He was very patient with the many questions I asked him about the repair v a new oven, answering all my questions on size and model. Finally agreeing to fit my new oven as the costs to install from the delivery company were very expensive. A very good experience.

The repairman was extremely professional—on time, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed on the first visit, which was a huge relief. It's rare to find service that's this efficient and dependable. Highly recommend!

Got my freezer repaired by Jack from ProfI appliance services. Got nothing but good things to say. Turned up when he said he would. Very reasonable quote and freezer problem sorted. I would highly recommend this young man.
