  Oven not working.

  I had a number of interests in my request but out of 3 different companies Profix were the only one that were happy to look at the problem with my Zanussi built in oven. Jack from the company came out within the agreed time frame. He identified 3 problems with the oven and provided a prompt quote to replace parts. He was very patient with the many questions I asked him about the repair v a new oven, answering all my questions on size and model. Finally agreeing to fit my new oven as the costs to install from the delivery company were very expensive. A very good experience.
