  James responded quickly when we contacted him to replace a radiator in our bathroom. He replaced the radiator quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up after the works were done. He was polite and his quote matched the final cost of the work, which was less than others quoted. James is my goto person for plumbing jobs of any size.

  We had James come over to repair a bathroom radiator that was rusted over on the rails. He was prompt and punctual with his time and efficient with his work leaving us happy with the outcome.

  James was prompt, polite and did an excellent job. Was clean and tidy and even repaired part of the cupboard that had been damaged by the leaking tap. Would certainly use again , great tradesman .
