  James was prompt, polite and did an excellent job. Was clean and tidy and even repaired part of the cupboard that had been damaged by the leaking tap. Would certainly use again , great tradesman .

  Excellent service from start to finish. They responded promptly to my job request (even though it was at the weekend), and scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days. Arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was clear and helpful both before and after the job.   The shower had lost all pressure and was no longer usable

  This was the second time I've had to call on James. He was prompt and polite and sourced the part he needed and restored service to the shower. It's as good as new.

  Repairing and replacing a leaking kitchen tap.

  We've known James for several years. He's very reliable, efficient and tidy and no job is too big or small The last job he did for us was replacing a leeking kitchen mixer tap. We arranged a date and time via text. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained we needed a new tap and pipework. He went to get the new tap and materials and completed the job very quickly. He was clean, tiday and very polite. He's the first person we call if we have any plumbing problems!
