Discovered our bath was leaking on a Saturday and James from Procure Plumbing was very responsive when organising the work that needed doing and very clear and upfront with pricing especially if we wanted to have it completed on a Sunday. Friendly service, efficient and job completed.

I contacted James to see if he could replace an old rusting radiator in our cloakroom. He was quick to respond and came to quote for the job at an agreed time. It was quite a fiddly job in a confined space, however James sorted it. He is professional and courteous, responding to messages, confirming dates and times promptly. Would definitely recommend!
