  The cleaning of my carpet was carried out professionally and very satisfactory. I also had a coffee stain in my living room which was quite bad and this was also dealt with professionally and I was pleased with the result.

  cleaning leather furniture

  Earlier this year I asked Pro carpet cleaning to quote for cleaning a leather arm chair and a three seat sofa, I pointed out there was a stain from hair/head they quoted £160. I accepted the quote, a date was set. Their operative arrived and set up his equipment and started work, I retired to another room ,when he finished the suite was very wet , I paid cash he said it would take a couple of days to dry. When dry it was apparent a lot of colour had been removed and the stain was even worse the leather was now dry and cracked. This damage has been denied and I have felt intimidated by them.

  You were quoted £160 but only paid £100 and were refunded £130 due to your dissatisfaction. Water wasn’t used as was explained and the sofa was in a poor condition to begin with.

  Just had my carpet cleaned and I am super happy that you sent callum !! I just wanted to leave a review for callum !! He was so good and perfect at his job moreover he had a lovely smile and a great attitude towards work !! We are so glad that we could have someone like callum his positivity made our day !! He made sure that each and every thing is moved and cleaned 100%!! He is an asset to the company no doubt about it !! Happy and a great professional!!
