Courteous and cheery person came on time. There ends the good news. The rugs were left wet and still dirty. ( I specifically asked if dirt deep down in a wool bobble rug could be removed and was reassured erroneously) . Fantastic service. Louis had to reschedule due to problem with one of the machines he uses however he communicated with me in good time and we was able to arrange an alternative date.
