Courteous and cheery person came on time. There ends the good news. The rugs were left wet and still dirty. ( I specifically asked if dirt deep down in a wool bobble rug could be removed and was reassured erroneously) . It was agreed that I'd only pay for one rug, which was marginally better for the soaking!

Pro Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my stairs and landing carpet. Easy to book, good communication, Terry arrived on time, explained the process and did a very through job at a reasonable rate. I would recommend.

Fantastic service. Louis had to reschedule due to problem with one of the machines he uses however he communicated with me in good time and we was able to arrange an alternative date. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job at cleaning stains that I tried myself to remove and couldn’t. Great service throughout highly recommend.
