The cleaning of my carpet was carried out professionally and very satisfactory. I also had a coffee stain in my living room which was quite bad and this was also dealt with professionally and I was pleased with the result.

Prompt reply, cheerful at work, carpets look much better at a good price.

Earlier this year I asked Pro carpet cleaning to quote for cleaning a leather arm chair and a three seat sofa, I pointed out there was a stain from hair/head they quoted £160. I accepted the quote, a date was set. Their operative arrived and set up his equipment and started work, I retired to another room ,when he finished the suite was very wet , I paid cash he said it would take a couple of days to dry. When dry it was apparent a lot of colour had been removed and the stain was even worse the leather was now dry and cracked. This damage has been denied and I have felt intimidated by them.

He was so good and perfect at his job moreover he had a lovely smile and a great attitude towards work !! We are so glad that we could have someone like callum his positivity made our day !!
