Terry sent me a text at 06:24 that woke me up. It was to say he would come at 08:30 instead of 9:30 as arranged. I was tired from the day before and had expected to sleep longer. Anyway he did a good job and I was pleased with the result.

I had a really good experience with Pro Carpet Cleaning. Communication was great and booking was speedy. It was an end of tenancy clean, Trade turned up to do the job and was an absolute joy. He was chatty, cheerful and professional. The carpet clean was brilliant, after 2 dogs living there for 2 years, it was amazing to see how much dirt was cleaned up and the carpets and the property smelt so much better afterwards!

The cleaning of my carpet was carried out professionally and very satisfactory. I also had a coffee stain in my living room which was quite bad and this was also dealt with professionally and I was pleased with the result.
