I had a four seater corner sofa that required serious cleaning due to ingrained dirt from a couple of years of being rubbed against by a dog! I really wasn’t expecting that this dirt could be removed and to be fair to the Pro Carpet Operative who came to do the job, he wasn’t sure they’d be able to remove it all either. But, the job is done and it is totally clean and looks like new! I’m absolutely delighted, and my lovely wife (who recently passed) would have been delighted too. Thank you Pro Carpet, you have my recommendation and I will definitely be coming back to you in the future.

I also learnt a lot of new things and how best to look after my carpet and stains etc. thank you again for all being so friendly and lovely. We now have lovely clean carpets in time for Christmas. Will definitely be in touch again in the future.

Freddie from Pro Carpet Cleaning came to clean a reclining chair we inherited, which had never been cleaned despite years of use. Freddie was here for nearly an hour and was very thorough. The results were stunning, and we intend to use the company to clean the carpets in two rooms as a result. The company was quick to respond, arrived when they said they would, and provided an excellent service. The £70.00 fee was well worth it, given the cost of a new reclining chair, and Freddie was charming.

Courteous and cheery person came on time. There ends the good news. The rugs were left wet and still dirty. ( I specifically asked if dirt deep down in a wool bobble rug could be removed and was reassured erroneously) . It was agreed that I'd only pay for one rug, which was marginally better for the soaking!
