  Very quick response by a call from Mitchvto discuss the issue. Came the next day to see the issue, then 2 days later for the repair. Very friendly and professional.

  Never heard back at all Up to the oxters in dog hair in 3/4 days so purchased a new vacuum.

  Liked Mitch first with he’s honesty. Explained to try something myself first to try sort it to save on the call out. Unfortunately it was more that that. Commutation was great and arrived when said he would fully recommend

  Had an error code on my washing machine meaning the machine wouldn’t drain

  Mitch was punctual very polite and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Found the problem and as soon as he walked in knew what the error code meant so quickly got on with the job, ran numerous tests before leaving to ensure it was fully functional again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
