  Had an error code on my washing machine meaning the machine wouldn’t drain

  Mitch was punctual very polite and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Found the problem and as soon as he walked in knew what the error code meant so quickly got on with the job, ran numerous tests before leaving to ensure it was fully functional again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

  Repair of broken washing machine - it wouldn't drain

  Bright and early arrival. He knew what he was talking about, was left to get on with it and got a perfect result. He had to take a tonne of machine apart to get to the sump under the drum (I'd already cleaned the easy bit myself, the filter). Ancient moudly sock, random door key and screwdriver bit removed from sump and POW - all good again.

  Complex flatbed microwave oven repair

  Mitch did an absolutely brilliant job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. As well as being an excellent engineer, he was personable, friendly, honest and diligent. If I get any more problems with my appliances, Mitch will be the first person I call. Thanks for a job well done.

  Fixed broken dishwasher
