Mitch was very quick to contact us and take the job on. He sourced the part and fitted it within 2 days, great service would recommend and use him in the future.

Bright and early arrival. He knew what he was talking about, was left to get on with it and got a perfect result. He had to take a tonne of machine apart to get to the sump under the drum (I'd already cleaned the easy bit myself, the filter). Ancient moudly sock, random door key and screwdriver bit removed from sump and POW - all good again.

Mitch did an absolutely brilliant job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. As well as being an excellent engineer, he was personable, friendly, honest and diligent. If I get any more problems with my appliances, Mitch will be the first person I call. Thanks for a job well done.
