  The experience with Pristine PVC highlights the importance of customer satisfaction, skilled craftsmanship, and professionalism in home improvement projects. Unfortunately, the process was plagued by multiple issues. The installation was rushed and poorly executed, leading to five follow-up visits to fix mistakes. Despite the expectation of high-quality work, the company showed a lack of attention to detail, resulting in damaged walls, windows & doors. Communication was also lacking, and our concerns were not addressed hence multiple outstanding issues/faults & a bashed up house / our home.

  All concerns were addressed in a timely and efficient manner, however, it must be said that many of the issues we faced were caused by yourselves making changes to the original contract after work had started. We had planned to carry out the work on several consecutive days however we often had to delay our work to accommodate other works which were being carried out at your property. This is not how we would usually work but we did this to accommodate you. You refer to five follow up visits but one of these was addressed whilst one of our teams were already on site and was relating to cleaning, which our team usually do at the end of the job. Also, two of the visits were made by the supplier to deal with manufacture issues. We deny damaging your property. Before work began you made it clear that you did not want any internal or external finishing off as the whole house was yet to be re-plastered and rendered. We feel that your negative review is another attempt to ruin our reputation and justify withholding payment. However, any prospective customers can see that we have over 200 five-star reviews available online from happy customers.

  Cat flap

  Needed at cat flap putting in a panelled uPVC door, all others had said it can't be done, will need a new panel. However was told by Will that is not the case and can be done it can just be a bit more tricky to do, well Mick who came made it look like a piece of cake. What a lovely chap he was too. As this was a gift for a friend and not my door being cut into I was rather nervous but was completely reassured. Couldn't have asked for better. Really pleased and will recommend highly. Great service. Thank you.

  Window fitting and door fitting

  From start to finish, a really good experience. Will (the owner) took the time to listen to our asks and think about how the job should be done properly (unlike other companies we had). The workmen were hardworking, polite and did a really neat finish. I would feel confident to use them again for other jobs and recommend them - they actually care about their work and the standard. Professionals.

  Replacement Windows and a door

  The entire team are very professional, friendly, they told us everything they were doing as they were doing it. They were all clean and tidy in their appearance and they tidied up their work area thoroughly. They were always on time. They are all trustworthy and honest and we were totally happy having them in our house.
