Derek attended site quickly post our initial call, he quickly identified the problem, replaced two 'sticking heating valves' and throughout was charming, efficient and clearly on top of his trade. We have used pristine and plumbing a few times now and they are great. Derek is friendly and reliable. Called them in the morning for a blocked drain, came out within a couple of hours, went out and got the pipe which needed to be replaced and sorted it really quickly.
