Derek is an extremely personable, enthusiastic person. He was very prompt with his service (same day) and provided an estimate of time of arrival and called again to say he was on is way. He was clear about his charges and mentioned these early on so let someone in no doubt about costs. He is generally just happy to help.

Called Derek from Pristine to fix a bath tap that wouldn't turn off. He responded immediately and was able to install new taps the next day. Great service, polite and friendly

Derek attended site quickly post our initial call, he quickly identified the problem, replaced two 'sticking heating valves' and throughout was charming, efficient and clearly on top of his trade. We would have no hesitation using him again and recommending him elsewhere.

We have used pristine and plumbing a few times now and they are great. Derek is friendly and reliable. Called them in the morning for a blocked drain, came out within a couple of hours, went out and got the pipe which needed to be replaced and sorted it really quickly. Will 100% use them again!
