Derek was efficient, tidy, thorough and pleasant to have in the house. After a weekend with no heating the house is warm again. Will be getting him back for some other jobs.

I contacted Derek to assist with disconnecting a gas hob at a property. He was extremely helpful, providing an estimated cost over the phone and making himself available at the exact date and time we required. Derek was punctual and completed the requested work efficiently, along with a couple of additional jobs. His support was greatly appreciated and made the process much easier.

Turned up with his helper on time and really went to town rebuilding my aging Heating System. No stone left unturned he when things turned out to be worse than we thought no drama they just cam back an extra day and made sure the job was done properly. Derek really prides himself in the job being done right.

Our boiler broke down today on one of the coldest days so far. I called Derek in the morning. He was helpful and advised me of a few things I could do. In the end he came to the house in the evening and changed a part. The heating is working once again. I cannot thank Derek enough. Boiler fixed in less than 8 hours!!!! First class service! I am so very grateful to Derek. Thank you so much.

Pristine Plumbing has helped me in the last few years. I had problems with the heating system, and they replaced the all system. More recently, there was a clog, which was solved effectively. I recommend them. Derek is a great guy.
