Derek prompted me that a service was due for my boiler he installed 14 years ago. Arrived promptly and completed service and Magnatec clean within two hours. Very tidy and friendly. We discussed its expected future life. Getting towards the end but no issues so far.

Derek has just installed a new combi boiler for me and made it a very painless procedure for me. He was very professional throughout, with a consistently focused and 'can-do' approach to every aspect of the job. He managed to keep the existing boxing intact while fitting new pipework, not an easy task. His manner was polite and friendly, though relaxed and straightforward at the same time. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
