I had a very old boiler from 1997 with lime scale climbed up all the way... And almost no hot water, plus shower was also worn off and leaking. I contacted Pristine Plumbing and immediately they came to check on the situation, spend time to understand my issues and paid attention to my needs. Very quickly responded on what the next steps will be and gave me a road map on what will be done. From the time starting the job, Derek was super neat, clean, paid attention every detail, worked on the details like an art work! I can't recommend Pristine Plumbing enough! I feel human again!

Derek is a very pleasant, mannerly gentleman. He arrived on time and completed job promptly. Call out rate for the job was £120. For me personally, I consider that a bit high for what was effectively a job that took less than 10 minutes. Otherwise I was very happy with everything. Thank you Derek

Derek and his team just completed a new Combi boiler and central heating installation for my property 10 days ago. Derek was efficient and friendly. Other members of the team screeded the floor and made good of wall penetration. Last Friday, There seems to be leaks in one of the radiators. Today, water has came through the screed and the new plaster. I am contacting Derek for further assistance urgently.
