  Cleaned all the carpets and floor surfaces throughout the house

  This was highly professional job, carried out with care and great attention to detail. Every cleaning request was met and I was kept informed at every stage. The 12-year-old carpets look amazing, their colour and texture fully restored. The bathroom and kitchen tiles have a new sheen and the grouting is back to its original colour. I would recommend Pristine carpets unreservedly!

  Carpet stain from Christmas tree leak

  Contacted Russell after we realised that the Christmas tree base had been leaking over Christmas and he was exceptionally helpful, friendly, informative and prompt in assisting us. His expertise undoubtedly meant we got the best result possible in the circumstances, as the stain had been there for the entire Christmas period and so had set in for some time. We were so delighted with the result Russell achieved (which can be seen in the before and after pictures) and all at a very reasonable price. Really happy with the service and cannot recommend Russell highly enough.

  Full carpet clean and granite repair.

  We had Russ come in to clean all of the carpets in our new house. Russ is a proper professional, the quote was accurate, work carried out and it was a genuine pleasure meeting and chatting to Russ. The carpets had previously had lots of marks from the last owners cats but have come up nearly new - worth every penny. On top of this, when we mentioned the granite countertop had been chipped Russ was able to repair the chip for a fair price, which saved us having to replace a whole lot of stone! Would recommend Russ in a heart beat.

  Had a stain on living room carpet which we haven't been able to remove, not only has the main stain gone but the whole carpet looks like new. Even added in our stairs and landing carpet for a very small extra charge. Was very polite, informative and knowledgeable from the start and gave some great advice on how to keep carpets looking good. Thank you
