Arrived on time - not all tradespeople are as punctual. Russ was very polite - again, sadly not all tradespeople are as polite as you would expect. Explained what he would be doing and made some recommendations. Completed the work and left the invoice for paying - I was not able to be there at the end to inspect. When I finally got to see the work my reaction was "wow". It made the vinyl floor look like new - actually because of the sealant that was applied it made the floor look better than it was when it was new. Highly recommended.

Excellent work carried out by Russ. Extremely professional, helpful and efficient. Russ was very respectful of our home and we will definitely want him to clean our carpets in the future.

Russell arrived on time and he rang beforehand to confirm that he was on his way. He did a marvelous job cleaning my 3-year old sofas and they now look like new again. He also gave me advice on cleaning my granite worktops and laminate floor. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He was polite and considerate and easy to talk to.

This was highly professional job, carried out with care and great attention to detail. Every cleaning request was met and I was kept informed at every stage. The 12-year-old carpets look amazing, their colour and texture fully restored. The bathroom and kitchen tiles have a new sheen and the grouting is back to its original colour. I would recommend Pristine carpets unreservedly!

Contacted Russell after we realised that the Christmas tree base had been leaking over Christmas and he was exceptionally helpful, friendly, informative and prompt in assisting us. His expertise undoubtedly meant we got the best result possible in the circumstances, as the stain had been there for the entire Christmas period and so had set in for some time. We were so delighted with the result Russell achieved (which can be seen in the before and after pictures) and all at a very reasonable price. Really happy with the service and cannot recommend Russell highly enough.
