Karl was fantastic. He came and did a thorough assessment before giving advice and a quote for the agreed work. In the day Karl and the electrician arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, cleaning up afterwards. Everything was explained clearly, keeping us updated throughout the whole process with clear documentation. Steve and Ian were great - friendly, professional, and respectful of our home, working cleanly and leaving everything tidy at the end of each day.
