This is the second time I've used this company. Karl clearly communicated the nature and extent of the job when carrying out the quote. He and the team were on time, polite and reliable and where needed explained what was happening as the job progressed. They put dust sheets down where required, tidied up and removed all waste. Karl came and looked at what needed doing in my kitchen with it being damp, he new exactly what the problem was and explained everything clearly. From start to finish Karl kept me informed. Very professional company. Also Steve and Ian who did the dampfroofing were excellent lads pleasant , everyday they left my kitchen clean and tidy before they left.
