Job location: DN17We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Karl and his team. From the first visit, it was clear Karl was experienced and really knew his field. Everything was explained clearly, keeping us updated throughout the whole process with clear documentation. Steve and Ian were great - friendly, professional, and respectful of our home, working cleanly and leaving everything tidy at the end of each day. It’s rare to find a company that’s both conscientious and so easy to communicate with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing damp or related wood treatment work.9.67 100% recommend

Had this company out to sort out an issue in the bathroom. We can't reccomend them enough! Karl is a great guy and has a great team that he employes. From the minute Karl came and did the initial survey to completion of the job the service was excellent and friendly! I was expecting the house to be upside down and dust everywhere but I honestly couldn’t tell that Ian and Martin had even been in the house. The standard of the work is superb and the levels of cleanliness and attention to detail are exemplary.
