Had this company out to sort out an issue in the bathroom. We can't reccomend them enough! Karl is a great guy and has a great team that he employes. The guys were tidy throughout the process and at the end of each working day the bathroom was left spotless. Cannot recommend this company enough!

From the minute Karl came and did the initial survey to completion of the job the service was excellent and friendly! I was expecting the house to be upside down and dust everywhere but I honestly couldn’t tell that Ian and Martin had even been in the house. The standard of the work is superb and the levels of cleanliness and attention to detail are exemplary. If you have a damp issue use Priory as you will absolutely not be disappointed.

I needed advice on a mould problem in a new house (vacant 2yrs +) and Priory Damp Proofing was so helpful. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and he was so willing to explain everything, to double check bits of the house I was worried about, and to give me his advice. At no point did he push his services, he didn't talk down to me, I left our conversation feeling a lot more confident than I did going into it. He made me feel safe and comfortable and as a woman dealing with tradesmen I cannot recommend him enough! I have kept his number for potential works in the future. 11/10

We are so impressed and pleased with the work. I was dreading this as I know from previous experience with having damp proofing work done that it can be pretty disruptive and messy, but Steve and Ian worked so neatly and with genuine care - you can tell they take pride in their work. Karl was fantastic and kept us informed the whole way through, and was the main reason we decided to go with Priory as he was so knowledgable and thorough when we had the initial survey. The whole team really went above and beyond and were so friendly. Would 100% recommend them and would use them again!

From start to finish we were very impressed with the standard of work carried out, we were informed of what they would be doing on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this company their work standards are top notch.
