Fast , prompt and efficient service from the very start . Sarah was very professional and understanding. Had a stairlift fitted for my mum and the 2 gentleman that fitted it were very efficient and very helpful . The gentlemen names were Josh and Nathan,they didnt leave a mess after they had done the work and it only took them a couple of hrs or so from start to finish. Job location: DE55I chose Priority Stairlifts, Ilkeston, because of their recommendation by 'Which?' I was not disappointed. It was easy to make contact with them. There was no pressure put on me at any time. The care, before and during the installation, was excellent; everything went according to the date and time I was given. The installation was carried out with great care given to the property and within the time frame I was given. I would highly recommend Priority Stairlift. The company uses the Brooks Stairlift and provides a 12 months warranty and one free service.10 First class treatment

The whole process from ordering to fitting and a subsequent follow up visit from Sarah was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all enquiries made were treated with respect and in laymen's terms.
