The whole process from ordering to fitting and a subsequent follow up visit from Sarah was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all enquiries made were treated with respect and in laymen's terms. They were recommended to us by our mum's GP Care Coordinator, all reviews online and on Trusted Trader were good so we called them on a Monday in August 2025. We did not expect an appointment straight away because of the school holidays but Jon did a survey and gave a reasonable quote all on the same day. He listened to our needs and was not pushy at all. Sarah contact us the next day with available installation slots and we got a reconditioned straight stairlift by Thursday. They tested, cleaned up and show us how to use it all with 12 months warranty and one free service. Mum is very happy!

Priority stair lifts have fitted my dad a stair lift ready for his discharge from hospital. They were fantastic value , fitted within 2 days of my phone call, fitted to a very high standard, everything explained to me , a good warranty and after sales care. The lad that installed it was so nice and couldn’t do enough to help . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, they are brilliant.
