I chose Priority Stairlifts, Ilkeston, because of their recommendation by 'Which?' I was not disappointed. It was easy to make contact with them. There was no pressure put on me at any time. The care, before and during the installation, was excellent; everything went according to the date and time I was given. The installation was carried out with great care given to the property and within the time frame I was given. I would highly recommend Priority Stairlift. The company uses the Brooks Stairlift and provides a 12 months warranty and one free service.

The whole process from ordering to fitting and a subsequent follow up visit from Sarah was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all enquiries made were treated with respect and in laymen's terms. In conclusion I felt that I was made to feel like a valued customer...a rare thing these days, and this company deserve success

They were recommended to us by our mum's GP Care Coordinator, all reviews online and on Trusted Trader were good so we called them on a Monday in August 2025. We did not expect an appointment straight away because of the school holidays but Jon did a survey and gave a reasonable quote all on the same day. He listened to our needs and was not pushy at all. Sarah contact us the next day with available installation slots and we got a reconditioned straight stairlift by Thursday. They tested, cleaned up and show us how to use it all with 12 months warranty and one free service. Mum is very happy!

From start to finish were a pleasure to deal with. No hard sell. Everything explained well. The fitters were professional and very friendly. Everything explained and demonstrated well. Cannot praise them enough. Great service. Good price.
