Josh the engineer was extremely thorough, he explained the problem and was able to resolve quickly. Previous experience with other companies have been poor, i can't recommend priority stairlifts enough

An excellent company with wonderful, personal customer care from Sarah both to me and particularly to my elderly mum who needed a stairlift fitted urgently after an operation. We were given all options and advised about the cheapest - we opted for a reconditioned stairlift but it’s an excellent product. The lift was fitted within days by Josh who explained to my mum how to use it in a very friendly and simple way to her. He was excellent too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Had a reconditioned stairlift fitted at my parents home. Excellent customer service and experience from start to finish, family run and you can tell. Made sure everything working okay and final adjustments made so my father was happy to use it.

From start to finish I could not fault the service we received. Quick home visit by Sarah providing a quote, installation of stairlift by Josh and his colleague. Josh kept me up to date by phone of their arrival time as they were running late which was not a problem. Then, a couple of days later some flowers delivered to say thank you for choosing Priority Stairlifts. What a lovely gesture!

Needed a repair on mums stairlift .Had been given the number by a relative. Phoned and spoke to Sarah who was very helpful told us what possibly the problem could be and an estimate of the cost . Then booked us in for a visit the following day .Josh gave me a call to say he was on his way .Arrived on time very friendly asked mum some questions of what had happened , was very elderly friendly and listened to mum . Set about finding the problem , all the time letting us know what he was doing . Problem solved nothing was too much trouble . Would use again and happily recommend felt very safe .”

Excellent service from start to finish. Efficient, professional, great value, great people, great aftercare. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, an absolute pleasure to deal with and I really can't imagine what they could improve.
