Adrian was absolutely fantastic.. lets us know he was on his way .. even a few mins early and was a slightly bigger job than initially thought.. but he helped us and even helped update password.. nothing was too much.. will definitely be going back in the future!! Turned up the first day with good communication and hit their appointed time. Unfortunately with the wrong length of ladder despite me giving that heads up in the request... but returned 2 days later to finish the job and did so promptly and expertly. Great communication throughout - said what they would do and did what they said - not my experience with a lot of tradespeople, so highly commended for that.
