Very happy with the work that was carried out the workman was very polite would highly recommend and would use this company again

Nigel at Prime contacted me directly once I posted my request. He provided a verbal quite backed it up via an email. Once the appointment was booked reminders were sent leading up to the appointment. On the day the engineer kept in contact with me regarding his schedule and time for his visit. He was very professional and resolved the issue without the need to change the PIR sensor so the cost was lower than quoted, I would definitely recommend Prime should you have any issues with your house alarm.

Excellent communication and excellent workmanship very tidy

Damon, who did the work , carried out what was needed with total regard and expertise which I certainly appreciated. As for the administration side that totally failed as Mas, the one that took my phone request, didn't get either my phone number or email details correct. I'm still waiting for Damon's report on the work carried out and the written invoice requested.
