    Arrived on time and price was as quoted. Young man that fitted new CCTV box was really good. He was very polite and made sure that we understood the new equipment. Highly recommended.

    Adrian was absolutely fantastic.. lets us know he was on his way .. even a few mins early and was a slightly bigger job than initially thought.. but he helped us and even helped update password.. nothing was too much.. will definitely be going back in the future!! Thank u to Mas and Adrian .. fantastic company!!

    Good communication throughout, work done professionally and at a good price.

    Turned up the first day with good communication and hit their appointed time. Unfortunately with the wrong length of ladder despite me giving that heads up in the request... but returned 2 days later to finish the job and did so promptly and expertly. Great communication throughout - said what they would do and did what they said - not my experience with a lot of tradespeople, so highly commended for that. Work carried out professionally and at a price I was happy with. I would definitely recommend them

    Prime security locations were very quick to respond to job request. We’re open and honest about what they could offer as well as cost and timings. Work was speedy and done to a good standard. Very pleased with them.
