  Had some issues with wood worm in my floor. They came out same day and were very informative and knowledgeable. They did the work the next day, and I am very happy with the work done. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely have them back to do work on the future. Also Mike was excellent and extremely helpful Thanks

  Only an inspection required and was given great honest advice even though it was that no further work was necessary. Will go straight here if the problem ever arises again.

  Dan at Prime Preservation was helpful, fast and thorough with all communication. Dan replied to my initial contact incredibly quickly and offered an appointment with ease. During the survey Dan explained all the facts about what could happen and was could have caused it. Following the survey the quote was with me the very next day , and it contained options. I would definitely recommend prime preservation.

  Dan came in to give a damp survey on a property we were purchasing. He was able to give us this report quickly. He was professional and punctual. Because of this information he provided we were able to negotiate money off the property. We were also given detailed sketch of the house and all the area that were affected with high moisture levels.

  Lounge and kitchen rising damp treatment

  I had rising damp at a property I was purchasing and used Prime Preservation to carry out a survey which was done promptly. Dan was super helpful and communicative and even helped me with how to reply to responses from enquires raised by my solicitors (regarding the damp issue specifically) When it came to having the work carried out, the guys were very flexible and accommodating when the exchange and purchase dates changed and I had to reschedule. The work was done efficiently and they even cleaned up fairly well afterwards too 😉walls are now painted & I am happy with the finished results
