The guys did great work, got a nice finish on the ceiling, arrived on time and just cracked on with the work. Could not ask for more.

Found a wet patch the kitchen wall of my recently purchased new house. Contacted Dan who arranged for Mike to visit. Mike brought some digital moisture detection devices and gave the concerning area a good examination. He also went outside to look at the external wall to see if there was any issue there and also went up to the room above the kitchen to check if there was anything there. He reassured me that the issue was nothing more than condensation & that no remedial work was needed. There was very little cost attached to the visit and reassured me all was ok. Thanks!

Contacted Prime Preservation to assess and carry out some work in a basement area in my late father’s house. I live several hours away so was worried it would be difficult to manage. Mike was amazing, fantastic communication, honest and upfront, sent regular photos/videos of work so I felt in the loop even though I couldn’t be there. If I sent a message he was back to me promptly and always consulted any major decisions before proceeding. Family have visited the space and everything looks neat and tidy, well finished and ready to decorate as promised. Would definitely recommend!

Used them for a damp survey as our RICS survey flagged damp issues. Dan was very responsive and provided a thorough report, and was very honest that there was actually hardly any issues at all. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Had some issues with wood worm in my floor. They came out same day and were very informative and knowledgeable. They did the work the next day, and I am very happy with the work done. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely have them back to do work on the future. Only an inspection required and was given great honest advice even though it was that no further work was necessary. Will go straight here if the problem ever arises again.
